Providing training online has been the only option for many Fit Pro’s because of the COVID-19 pandemic. But it is not as simple as just repeating what you use to do face to face, into a camera lens. And even the online programs pre-pandemic, do not adequately reflect the needs of our clients today. Here are three essential ways to ensure you hit the mark. Every time.

I’m the first to admit. I am a gym slut. Although I stay committed (often for years) to exercise options that I enjoy, it does not mean that I don’t play the field. I love to see how other fitness businesses train and generally keep my finger on the pulse of what is happening out in the field.
