Hey Nicole, I totally agree with shame, guilt, ignorance and judgement... we absolutely need to reclaim the stories and promote them!

Thank you... I think you are right... it has been (and still is) secret women's business.

Just to share .. some women may experience qualified health professionals who medicate u to make the situation go away ( it's normal ! And or it's all in your head ) rather than firstly educate u to prevent prolapse beciz that's " private" stuff. Just like sex has been for a long time . Especially for religious non clinical people. As u know the vagina and its bits r just as important as any other body part except becoz its inside u and its hard to see , unless u have a mirror , many might just ignore it , esp if your dr does ( its normal ). Normal now is ... we have had enough ! Normal is ... prevention repair education action support and relief . How lucky is the new gen of women and men , that so many of us have contributed to this new normal change based on msny sharing experiences of pain and suffering , & dysfunction and the alternatives - that this area no longer needs to a "secret." Area that brings Shame , guilt , ignorance or judgement , which has contributed to more unnecessary suffering ! It only takes a few brave and curious beings to stand up and lead the new path to joy and to know ourselves and each othr better. To care enough to make a difference . Thanks to you and othrs this is possible ! It's not a competition unless u want it to be - stop judging ! LEARN . eMPOWER. ... take yor time each of you , open your mind , break down obstacles and limits the can set u and your present /future free. Yippee😜Thks mish
